Install without an app store
Add Oakline from a supported browser to a phone, tablet or computer home screen. Updates arrive through the web application without a separate store release.
A Progressive Web App for the field
Oakline is a Progressive Web App (PWA): a secure web application that providers and staff can install on supported devices and launch like an app. Prepare essential session data before leaving signal, use supported offline workflows in the field and synchronise changes when connectivity returns.
Designed around the work
Oakline keeps the customer journey and the provider workflow connected from the first booking through to session delivery and reporting.
Add Oakline from a supported browser to a phone, tablet or computer home screen. Updates arrive through the web application without a separate store release.
The installed PWA launches with its own icon and standalone interface, reducing browser clutter while staff work through the day.
Save the operational workspace and session registers while connected so selected information and actions remain available when woodland coverage drops.
One connected workflow
Providers and staff sign in to their organisation portal, then install the appropriate Oakline experience on supported mobile, tablet or desktop devices. Tenant branding carries into the app icon and interface.
Before a session, Oakline stores the prepared register and relevant operational snapshots on that device. Offline access is deliberate so teams know which information is ready before they leave connectivity.
Attendance and supported offline actions are queued locally. Once the device reconnects, Oakline synchronises those changes back to the organisation record.
