1. Introduction

Welcome to Oakline.app ("Oakline", "we", "us", "our").
Oakline.app is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to support organisations with booking management, staff management, payments, and operational administration.

By accessing or using Oakline.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Oakline.app.

If you use Oakline on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

3. Account Registration

To use Oakline.app, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

All activity that occurs under your account

Oakline is not responsible for unauthorised access caused by user negligence.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Oakline.app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system

Interfere with the performance or security of the platform

Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software without permission

5. Subscription, Payments and Fees

Some features of Oakline.app may require payment.

Prices, billing cycles, and features are displayed within the platform

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)

Oakline does not store full payment card details

All fees are exclusive of taxes, unless stated otherwise.

6. Data and User Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Oakline.app.

By using the service, you grant Oakline a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Oakline will not sell your data.

7. Service Availability

Oakline.app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Oakline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Oakline is not responsible for data loss caused by user error or third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Breach these Terms

Use the service unlawfully

Fail to pay applicable fees

You may terminate your account at any time through the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Oakline.app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
