Welcome to Oakline.app ("Oakline", "we", "us", "our").

Oakline is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to support organisations with booking management, staff management, payments, and operational administration.

Oakline provides tools to organisations but does not deliver or operate the services listed on the platform.

By accessing or using Oakline.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.


2. Role of Oakline

Oakline acts solely as a technology provider.

Each organisation using Oakline is independently responsible for:

By using the platform, you grant Oakline a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Payments and Fees

Oakline is not responsible for disputes between organisations and their customers, including refunds, cancellations, or service delivery issues.

All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.


8. Service Availability

Oakline is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.


9. Limitation of Liability
