Admin Booking Overrides
Overview
Admins can bypass standard booking restrictions (like capacity limits or age ranges) when necessary.
How to Override
- Go to Bookings > Add Booking.
- Select the customer and child.
- If a warning appears (e.g., "Capacity Full"), toggle the Admin Override switch.
- Confirm the booking.
Note
Overrides should be used sparingly, as they may impact child-to-staff ratios.
