How to Book and Pay for a Session

Overview

This guide covers the simple process of finding an activity, booking a spot for your child, and making a secure payment.

Step 1: Find an Activity

  1. Visit our homepage and scroll down to the Discover Our Sessions section.
  2. Click on any activity card (e.g., "Saturday Forest Club") to view more details.
  3. A popup will appear showing the available dates and times.

Step 2: Select Your Dates

  1. In the calendar view, click on the dates you wish to book.
  2. If the session has multiple time slots, select the time you prefer.
  3. Click Add to Booking. You can add multiple dates or different sessions to your basket before checking out.
    • Note: If the session is a Block Session (e.g. a full week camp), selecting one date will automatically select all required dates for that block. The price shown will be the total for the full block.

Booking a Party

If you are booking a Party (e.g., Birthday Party):

  1. Click Plan a Party on the main page.
  2. Select your preferred Date from the available slots.
  3. Add Guests: Your package includes a set number of guests. You can add Extra Guests (if allowed) using the counter before checkout. The price will update automatically.
  4. Select Extras: If available (e.g., Party Bags, Food Boxes), you can add these to your booking now. They will be added to your total party cost.

Step 3: Checkout

  1. Once you have selected all your sessions, click the Book Now button at the bottom of the popup or the "Cart" icon in the menu.
  2. Review your order: Check the dates and times are correct.
  3. Select Participants: Assign each spot to a specific person.
    • Children: Select the checkbox next to the child's name.
    • Parents (You): If the session allows adult participation, you can also select yourself (listed by your first name) to book a spot.
    • First time? You will be prompted to add your child's name and date of birth.
  4. Click Proceed to Payment.

[!NOTE] Duplicate Booking Protection If you select an attendee who is already booked for the session, they will be automatically filtered out to prevent duplicate charges.

  • Booking Confirmed Attendees: We will process the booking only for the new attendees you selected.
  • Pricing: You will not be charged again for anyone who is already booked.
  • Notice: A message will let you know if any duplicates were removed from your selection.

Step 4: Secure Payment

  1. You will be redirected to a secure payment page powered by Stripe.
  2. Enter your card details. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
  3. Click Pay.

What Happens Next?

  • Confirmation: You will see a "Booking Confirmed" success message.
  • Email: You will receive an email receipt with your booking details.
    • Party Invites: If you booked a Party, this email will include a special Guest Invite Link. Send this link to your guests so they can register and join the party!
  • My Bookings: You can view and manage all your upcoming sessions in the My Bookings section of your account.

Booking Deadlines

  • Bookings generally close 15 minutes after the session start time. Late bookings are not permitted to ensure register accuracy.

Managing Your Bookings

You can manage your schedule via the My Bookings page:

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancelling: Click the "Cancel" button next to a booking.
  • Refunds: If you cancel before the cancellation deadline (e.g., 24 hours in advance), you will automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method. If you cancel after the deadline, no refund will be issued.
  • Multi-Child: If you booked multiple children, you can choose to cancel specific children or the entire group.
  • Block Bookings: If you cancel a session that is part of a Block Booking (e.g., a full week camp), all sessions in that block will be cancelled for that child. You cannot cancel individual days of a block.

Rescheduling

  • Move Date: If permitted by the activity settings, you will see a "Reschedule" button. This allows you to move your booking to a different available date without cancelling.
  • Limits: Some activities may limit the number of times you can reschedule.

Removing Old Items

  • Delete/Hide: If you have cancelled or refunded bookings that clutter your view, click the Delete button on the booking card to hide them from your dashboard permanently.
