Website Customization

Note: This feature is available on Pro and Scale plans.

The Website builder allows you to customize the public-facing landing page for your organization. This is the page parents see when they visit your specialized booking link (e.g., brand.oakline.app or your custom domain).

Accessing the Builder

Navigate to Settings > Website in the admin sidebar.
If you do not see this option, check your subscription plan in the 'Billing' or 'My Plan' section.

Customization Options

You can tailor several aspects of your public presence to match your brand:

1. General Branding

Hero Title: The large main text on your homepage.
Hero Subtitle: A short description below the title.
Primary Color: This changes the color of buttons, links, and accents to match your organization's brand.

2. About Section

Tell parents about your club or organization. You can upload an image and write a detailed description of your values, history, or services.

3. Features & Benefits

Highlight why parents should choose you. You can add up to 3 key features (e.g., "Ofsted Registered", "Healthy Snacks", "Experienced Staff") with icons. These will appear in the Features section of the landing page as well as potential image galleries.

4. Upcoming Sessions Widget

Your landing page automatically includes an "Upcoming Sessions" widget:

Automatic Display: This section appears after the "About Us" section.
Live Data: It pulls real-time data from your schedule, showing title, price, and location.
Direct Booking: Parents can click "View Dates" to open a calendar modal and proceed directly to booking, without leaving the page.

5. Visibility Toggle

Show 'How It Works': Toggle this section on/off if you want to explain your booking process.
Show 'Activities': Toggle this to show/hide a preview of your session types.
Show 'Contact': Choose whether to display your address, phone number, and a map.

Custom Domains

If you are on the Scale plan, you can connect your own domain (e.g., bookings.myclub.com) instead of using the Oakline subdomain. Please contact support to initiate the DNS verification process for a custom domain.
