General Organization Settings
The General Settings page is the central hub for managing your organization's core details on the platform.
Accessing General Settings
Navigate to Settings > General in the admin sidebar.
What You Can Manage
1. Organization Details
- Name: The display name of your club or business. This appears on emails and the booking portal.
- Contact Email: The primary email address for system notifications and where parents can contact you.
- Phone Number: Optional contact number displayed to parents.
2. Branding (Theme Colors)
You can customize the look and feel of your admin dashboard and parent booking portal:
- Theme Color: The primary color used for buttons, headers, and active tabs.
- Secondary Color: The accent color used for borders and secondary text.
- Logo: Upload your organization's logo. This will replace the Oakline logo on your booking page and emails.
3. Address
Ensure your registered business address is up to date for invoices and receipts.
4. Regional Settings
- Currency: Select your operating currency (GBP, USD, or EUR).
Important: Your currency selection will be permanently locked after your first successful payment is processed. Choose carefully, as this cannot be changed later.
- Timezone: Ensure this is correct so that booking times align with your local time.
Don't forget to click Update Settings after making any changes.
