Managing Your Subdomain

Your Subdomain is the unique web address (URL) where parents go to book sessions with your organization. It typically looks like: https://your-club-name.oakline.app

Finding Your URL

1. Navigate to Settings > General in the admin sidebar.
2. Look for the Subdomain section.
3. Your full booking URL is displayed there. You can click the "Copy" icon to share this link via email, social media, or WhatsApp.

Changing Your Subdomain

You can edit your subdomain if your organization changes its name.

1. In Settings > General, locate the Subdomain input field.
2. Type your desired new name.
3. The system will automatically check if the name is available.
   • Green Check: Available.
   • Red Cross: Taken, please choose another.
4. Click Update Settings at the bottom of the page to save.

Important: Changing your subdomain will break any existing links you have shared. If you change it from forest-club to forest-camp, parents visiting the old link will get an error. Ensure you notify parents of the change.

Custom Domains

If you own a domain name (e.g., www.myforestclub.com), you can point it directly to your Oakline portal. This features requires a Scale plan. Please contact support to set this up.
