Creating Vouchers and Discounts

Overview

Offer promotional discounts, credit balances, or sibling rates using Vouchers.

Creating a Voucher

1. Go to Settings > Payments > Vouchers.
2. Click Create Voucher.
3. Enter the code (e.g., SUMMER10).
4. Set the discount type (Percentage or Fixed Amount).
5. Max/Session Discount: For fixed-value vouchers, you can set a limit on how much can be used per date/slot. This allows the voucher to act as a credit that can be used across multiple bookings until the balance reaches zero.
6. (Optional) Set usage limits or expiry dates.

Credit Vouchers (Partial Redemption)

If you create a fixed-value voucher (e.g., £100) and set a Max Discount Per Session (e.g., £10), the customer will only get £10 off for each day they book. The remaining £90 will stay on their voucher for future use.

Sibling Discounts

You can configure automatic sibling discounts in Settings > Payments > Discounts without needing a code.
