This means that while many schools use the platform, your data (families, bookings, registers) is logically separated from every other school's data. Strict software controls ensure that one tenant cannot access another tenant's data.
All data transmitted between your device and Oakline is encrypted using TLS/SSL (HTTPS). This ensures that no one can intercept the data while it is travelling over the internet. You can verify this by looking for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
We enforce secure password policies for all administrative and staff accounts.
We perform regular automated backups of the entire database. These backups are stored securely to support service continuity and allow us to recover the system in the unlikely event of a technical failure.
