Forest School Leader
Bromsgrove, Worcestershire
I am a dedicated Forest School practitioner with practical experience supporting children and families in woodland-based sessions, including children with SEND. With a background in sport, creativity and outdoor work, I enjoy helping children develop confidence, independence, resilience and curiosity through child-led play and meaningful experiences in nature. I bring a calm, hands-on and inclusive approach to sessions, with a strong focus on safety, wellbeing and creating an environment where every child feels supported, respected and able to explore at their own pace.

Forest Families
At Forest Families, I support the safe and effective running of the Forest School through site maintenance, practical upkeep and the preparation of outdoor learning environments. I also work directly with children as a Forest School Assistant, helping to deliver engaging, child-led activities that encourage confidence, independence, creativity and a positive connection with nature.
A key part of my role involves providing one-to-one support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). I adapt my approach to each child’s individual needs, supporting their participation, emotional regulation, communication and wellbeing while helping them feel safe, included and confident within the Forest School environment.
