Managing Families (Parents & Children)
Overview
As an administrator, you full access to view and edit the profiles of all registered families. This is useful for correcting typos, updating emergency contacts, or managing medical information.
Accessing Family Records
- Navigate to Users > Registered Families.
- You will see a list of all registered parents.
- Use the Search bar to find a specific parent by name or email.
Editing Parent Details
- Click the Edit button next to a parent's name.

Managing Children
To view or edit children associated with a parent:
- In the Registered Families list, find the parent.
- Click the View Children (or similar "Family") button.
- You will see a list of children linked to that account.
Editing Child Info
Click Edit next to a child's name to update:
- Profile Picture: Upload a photo for the child.
- Name & Date of Birth: Important for age-restricted sessions.
- Medical Information: Allergies, dietary requirements, or medication needs.
- Emergency Contact: The secondary contact number for that specific child.

Data Privacy: Changes made here update the live record used on registers. Always ensure you have the parent's permission before altering personal data.
