Staff Portal Guide

This guide is for Staff Members using the Oakline Staff Portal to view shifts, record attendance, and manage their profile.

Logging In

  1. Your administrator will provide you with a login URL (typically /staff/login).
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password.
  3. If it is your first time logging in, you may need to set a password via a link sent to your email.

Your Dashboard

Once logged in, you will see your Dashboard. This gives you a quick overview of:

  • Next Shift: Your upcoming scheduled work session.
  • Weekly Hours: A summary of hours worked this week.
  • Recent Payslips: Quick access to your latest pay documents (if enabled).

Managing Shifts & Timesheets

  1. Viewing Schedule: Click on My Shifts or Calendar to see when you are working.
  2. Clocking In/Out:
    • When you arrive, navigate to the Dashboard.
    • Click the green Clock In button.
    • When you finish, click Clock Out.
  3. Manual Entry: If you forgot to clock in, you can add a manual timesheet entry.
    • Go to Timesheets > Add Entry.
    • Select the date, start time, and end time.
    • Add a note if required.
    • This will be sent to your manager for approval.

Profile & Documents

  • Profile: Update your contact details, emergency contacts, and change your password in the Profile section.
  • Documents: View contracts, policies, and payslips uploaded by your employer in the Documents tab.
