Credits are pre-paid balance that you can use to pay for bookings. You buy a credit package once, and the value is added to your wallet. You can then use those credits at checkout — either to cover the full cost of a booking or to reduce the amount charged to your card.
Example: A "Summer Bundle" might cost £90 and give you £100 in credits + a £10 bonus, so £110 total in your wallet.
When you book any session:
Credits are applied automatically and are deducted from your wallet as soon as the booking is confirmed.
If you cancel a booking that was paid with credits, you will be shown two options:
Refunds are only available if the cancellation is within the refund window for that session. Non-refundable bookings will not return credits.
Do credits expire? Credits do not expire unless the provider specifically sets an expiry. Check with the organisation if you are unsure.
Can I use credits for any session? Yes — credits can be applied to any session at checkout, not just the ones you bought them for.
What if I don't have enough credits to cover the full cost? You can use a partial amount. The remaining balance will be charged to your card.
Where can I see how many credits were used on a booking? Your transaction history on the My Credits page shows every deduction linked to a booking.
Can I get a cash refund for unused credits? Credits are non-refundable for cash unless the organisation offers this. Contact them directly if needed.
